In a sun-dappled Silicon Valley burrow, Mark ZuckerHamster—Meta’s CEO—hops into Panda Wise’s matte-black Tesla, seats upholstered in llama leather, for a nerve-wracking ride to meet Mom and Dad ZuckerHamster. Panda Wise, still sporting an eye patch post surgery, offers support:

“Boss, you’ve got this!”

Genetics Gone Wild

At the family home, Mom knits furiously while Dad paces in front of the door, waiting for their son’s arrival. Mark knocks. Dad opens it.

“Hi Mark, it's great to see you. One question: why the hamster transformation?” Mom interrupts, cheeks flushing. “Father ZuckerHamster, please. Mark, we’re proud of you—you’re an innovator! But why change your genetics?”

Dad chimes in:

“The neighbors are whispering, ‘There goes Mark ZuckerHamster; he sure looks furry. I hope he’s okay.’ Who put you up to this, Mark?”

“I’m interspecies, Mom…Dad,” Mark protests, whiskers drooping. He tries to defend his part-hamster vibe. “It’s evolution, right?”

Even he isn’t sure anymore. He thinks about encouraging Elon Mouse to do the same. "Was that wrong? What if Elon’s parents are frightened of him?" he speaks, lost in thought.

“Oh, Mark,” Father ZuckerHamster says gently, “we will always love you.”

“Yes, Mark,” Mom adds, “that’s all that matters, son.”

Panda Wise’s Paw of Wisdom

On the drive back, Panda Wise offers a reassuring and gentle voice:

“Mark, embracing yourself as part hamster is bold. Your folks will come around, bro.”

Mark nods; mentoring Elon Mouse had helped him. He winks at Panda Wise, then turns to the source of his fame and fortune—social media—and proudly posts to X:
